I think the staff at Northside Vision are very nice and very professional. Doctor Fairborn is a great doctor too. I'm very pleased to have them as my eye care professionals.

I needed to find a new provider and have found a very warm and inviting office to continue my eye care. I was cordially greeted at the reception desk, and with a welcoming smile and handshake in the waiting area. My actual exam experience was informative and comfortable. The tech was thorough and explained every aspect of what she was doing during the initial exam. Dr. Fairborn is friendly and also took time to explain what he was doing. His demeanor was of a friend taking care of another friend, not cold and inattentive, as I have experienced. The tech who assisted me in the insurance and prescription options was also informative and very cordial. This office feels like visiting friends, NOT a cold and disengaged staff. Thank you for your warm acceptance! I'm happy to be a patient for some time to come.

Best Experience Ever!!!! My contact lenses are Great!!!!   Other doctors have never been able to fit me with contact lenses that work. Dr. Fairborn fit me with comfortable lenses that work great. I have never seen so well before. Now I understand why my friends recommended him so highly and why he has won so many awards. Great doctor - I recommend him too.

Excellent exam and in a timely manner. Felt the staff was compassionate with our financial situation of 6 boys and not having eye coverage covered under current Humana VCP Ins. Good discount given. Willing to give the contact and glasses prescription upon request.

Being a new patient I trusted that Dr. Fairborn would be a great Dr. However that has not been my experience at all. While he is a very nice man, his skill level seems to be lacking! I wasted so much time going to the office to pick up trials, check them, ect. My time should be worth something too. Especially because I had to bring my children with me to ALL of these pointless appointments! I'm still completely frustrated!

had to bring my 2 year old along to choose frames. the worker was so honest and really wanted to help me pick the right pair that fit my face! I was having a hard time finding just the right pair, so she offered ideas, snacks for my squirmy little guy, and did not seem to mind at all (even if she did) that we were there for so long and I could not make up my mind! They had a cool selection of frames to choose from, and it is great to buy local!

I have not been to happy with the orders I've put in they have forgot to put in a couple of orders and i've tried several pairs of contacts so finally i'm tired of having to go back so i'm just taking the last pair to end it.

Dr Fairborn and his staff are always smiling upon coming into the clinic. They are consideraste of my needs. And they show true concern for your eyecare issues.
